Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using Tilmeldr you agree to these terms. If you sign up on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company.

2. Service

Tilmeldr provides a hosted SaaS for creating event registration sites and forms. We do not guarantee uptime beyond best-effort during the trial period; paid plans include the SLA stated on the pricing page.

3. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans renew automatically each month via Stripe. You can cancel anytime in the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.

4. Acceptable use

You will not use Tilmeldr to send unsolicited bulk email, store illegal content, or attempt to compromise other tenants' data. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these rules.

5. Data ownership

You own all content you upload (events, forms, submissions, images). We process it on your behalf in line with the Privacy Policy and the Data Processing Agreement.

6. Termination

You can request deletion at any time from /admin/privacy. Data is purged 30 days after the request, after which we cannot recover it.

7. Liability

Tilmeldr is provided “as is” without warranties beyond those required by law. Total liability for any claim is capped at the fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be emailed to tenant owners 30 days in advance.
