What does it cost?
Tilmeldr is free for all normal use until July 2027. After that, Starter is 399 kr/mo (up to 5 events per year, max 500 attendees per event) and Pro is 799 kr/mo with 5× as much — 25 events per year, 2,500 attendees per event, a custom domain and your own branding. Need more? Add extra events (from 75 kr/mo) or attendees (from 119 kr/mo) — cheaper on Pro. Enterprise with SSO: get in touch.
How fast can we go live?
Your first event is online in under 10 minutes. Templates are built by event managers from real companies.
What happens to our data if we cancel?
Export everything as JSON with one click. After 30 days, all data is permanently deleted.
Can you integrate with our SSO or HR system?
On the Enterprise plan — with SSO and integrations. We also offer self-hosting on Enterprise, so you can keep your own data in-house. Get in touch and we’ll find a fit.
Is guest data hosted in the EU?
Yes. Frankfurt or Stockholm by default. Other regions on Enterprise.
What if we have more than 500 attendees at one event?
Pro raises the cap to 2,500 attendees per event, and you can stack +500 attendee add-ons (from 119 kr/mo) as many times as you need. For really large events, talk to sales about Enterprise with unlimited capacity.
